If you cancel your order on the spot and then decide you want to receive it, the best way is to place a new order at the time of payment. Email: [email protected] if you have any questions, we are here to help.
If you canceled your order via the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once the order is canceled. If you have not received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at [email protected] (and include your original order number) and we will look into it!
